Homemade Coffee syrup (For Cold coffee addicts❤)

COFFEE !! If any of you have already visited salem, you would know about Narasus's corner.. For others let me elaborate.Narasu's is a brand of filter coffee in salem. Here there is a coffee shop of them where we could get some packets of filter coffee grains. The entire area near the shop (for around 150m )is coffee flavored.I used to go there just to smell it.The affinity towards coffee started from my childhood. Back in our granny's kitchen,my aunt used to make super hot filter coffee with crispy bajjis...During monsoons ☁they are definitely a delight ❤:-). I used to grab those mighty coffee glasses with bajjis and finish it in no time..Will post her recipe of filter coffee soon.Later during my high school days , I was introduced to flavourful cold coffee milkshakes with floating choco chips. Then after on my request,Mom adapted few recipes and came out with lovely syrups at home. I used to make variations in the drink and my the best favoutie is the brownie shake. My cousin does wonderful brownies and I used to mix them with cold coffee. It will be WOW !☺ If you get a chance give a try and its worth.Lets go to this recipe..

This syrup is made from coarse ground filter coffee beans premium quality and a dash of vanilla to make a wonderful drink. You can customize it as you want.Add some crushed brownie / cocoa powder / any flavored syrup than vanilla. Add milk to it for cold coffee and some choco chips for delight. My cousins would empty the whole bottle in an evening.Try this and have a wow coffee day!!
