Chicken peppery fry Recipe

Chicken Pepper fry (Easy Version)

Mom has 2 unique versions and my family have more varieties of chicken fry ( some 12 recipes I hope).I wanted to make it as simplest as possible this time, since I had to watch Katru Veliyidai yesterday. So excited I was to watch it,that too a Mani's film,Rahman's score and Ravi's cinematography!!With VC and Leela, Mani will make you fall in love with nature too. The dramatic aerial shots and the chronological background score will narate the stories without dialogues,These people are geniuses I would say! It is like Onion,Pepper and curry leaves which make a perfect combo always! Be it kothu parota or Chicken fry, the aroma of it will take you to heaven. I am a big fan of chicken pepper fry. It goes well with nice chicken kulambu or a simple parupu sambar. Here is the simplest version of chicken curry I made , presented straight from my kitchen.
