Bread Halwa Recipe (Quick)

Easy Bread Halwa Recipe (in 20 minutes)

Two days back I was in Chennai.. I had to attend an international conference at a famous college on behalf of my institution. The event was so enriched with dignitaries. I was introduced to this dish which they served during the lunch. The halwa they served was tasty but then till was too oily and had the bread flavor on its negative side. But the taste of the halwa lasted til the end of the function so I made my mind to do it once I return home. Searched many websites and blogs but every recipe had milk. But the one I tasted at chennai wasn't made with milk.Made my version today and it tasted similar to Godhuma halwa. It is simple, quick and rich. Try it and serve your family.
